Rebecca is an Investment Management Operations Analyst at Man Group.She joined Man Group in 2016 on the Apprenticeship Programme and, in her first role, she worked in the Operations team as a Trading Operations Analyst.Rebecca is also part of Man Group’s London Diversity & Inclusion Working Group, a member of the firm’s Black Employees and Allies at Man (BEAM) network for Black professionals, and a founding member of the firm’s NextGen network for early career professionals. In these roles, Rebecca works closely with senior leaders from across the business to implement the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy. Rebecca is also an active participant in the industry through her role as Social Media Director for EnCircle Mentoring.
